  • Came to Natural Solutions with my girlfriend to get some stuff done. We were told to come back in 10 minutes because the lady that would be doing the procedure was busy. We left and walked around the Mall for 10-15 minutes. Upon returning we were told to have a seat and the lady would be with us shortly. We ended up waiting for an additional 30 minutes until we were finally given service. Customer service is definitely something this store should work on.
