Very happy with my experience with Innovative Air -
1) Customer Service - very helpful on the phone upon initial contact. They explained, clearly, what I should expect and were also very keen to my sense of urgency considering the summer heat in Vegas. They agreed to come out same day without any begging on my part.
2) Integrity - they showed up on time, and did everything I expected them to do. The technician completed his diagnosis quickly and was upfront about what he found and what the cost would be. I also have a home warranty that wanted to send me to a different company - who wouldn't come out for 3 days (in 105 degree heat!). Innovative Air was honest about what they couldn't do for me that my warranty recommended company could. I chose Innovative and paid out of pocket because of their customer service.
3) Fair - the motor & capacitor were bad and it cost less than $450 and 30 minutes of my time to fix. I never expected it to be cheap but I found the price to be very fair.
Would definitely recommend Innovative Air.
