  • They just raised rates again. I have cox preferred internet yet I only average 25mbps with a top of the line router/modem. I've been a customer for almost 20 years. It seems they just want to drive their customers away. Oh and this month internet is no longer unlimited. If you go over 1024GB of data you will be charged for blocks of data above it. Sorry Cox but you are a dinosaur. I hope you crash so someone better will come to town. I'll move my business to someone who offers more reliable service for less..
