  • I cannot bestow enough praises on this small family-owned electrical and plumbing supply shop in Phoenix. After going to the larger supply shops (Grainger, Summit) who had NO idea what I needed, and after visiting another 3 shops who could not help me with replacing a 45 year old adapter, Shawn and the crew at Havana Electrical & Plumbing Supply not only had the part I needed (for $12, not the $35 at home depot) -- but they took it upon themselves to build the part for me from scratch and attach all the necessary wires and test it -- all for no charge -- which took 45 minutes -- and was something I couldn't have done myself and would have cost $200 for an electrician to do. When I tried to give them a tip or even just buy them some coffee, they refused, saying "this is what we do." It's companies and people like this that give me hope for the future of America and humanity as a whole. It's the way things used to be when people genuinely cared, and what made this country great. Again, a BIG thank you to Havana Electrical & Plumbing Supply. I will never go ANYWHERE else!!
