  • Well, we went to this restaurant as we live close to it, and read the reviews which were good. My wife and I would like to think we are sophisticated diners. The decor of the restaurant was inviting and warm and I am sure lots of money went into designing the interior. We read that the queso fundido was quite good.....WRONG. It tasted like spicy Velveeta rather than the delightful Chihuahua we have tasted at other Mexican Restaurants. I had the spicy camarones as a main course and the red sauce tasted like it came out of a Chef Boyarde can. In addition the shrimp were tiny and the rice cool. The best part of the meal was the ceviche. If you want more tasty fare in the vicinity go to Spotted Donkey or if you want to venture a bit further Barrio Queen.
