Met friends here for birthday shenanigans. They reserved the bowling alley and we could purchase tickets to race. I didn't race on this visit, but I look forward to returning. The facility is huge! You have to drive around the building to get to the front. The direction sign is small...look out. I arrived fashionably late and walked in on the staff member going over the procedures for racing and bowling. Once she was finished, I sashayed over to the bar. My interest was peaked because they were featured on Triple D! I ordered the Concord with French fries and a Pit Road Peach. The sandwich came out on a toasted cibatta bun with fig spread, steak and blue cheese crumbles. The steak was very tender and the flavor was mild. The fig jam was sweet and paired well with the blue cheese. The top bun was plain...a smear of some condiment or melted blue cheese would've put this over the top. It was still delicious tho! The Pit Road Peach was tart but refreshing. A combination of Wild Honey Vodka, Peach Schnapps, fresh squeezed lemon juice and a splash of ginger ale served in a mason jar. I'd like to recreate this at home with a small twist on the ingredients.
