  • Update: Steve Younge called me he is either an owner or a manager. Was way nicer than my previous manager and explained to me how guarantee works. Pretty much if you have weeds, call them up and they will do as many applications as needed till they are gone. My mistake was that I didn't call the first time. They also discounted my service by 50%. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ To summarize this service: 0 results, bad customer service, pushy sales people! I was told that after first application 80% of my weeds will be gone after 8 of those, I only had more weeds. At which point I was told that I can't really expect to see instant results and if I want a break on my payments (for 0 result) I should sign with them for another year. All while Account Receivable harassed me big time, they talk down to me like I have no idea what lawn care is. I then called and pretended to be a new customer and they again promised me 80% reduction. Just pure and simple scam.
