  • If I could give zero stars I would. If it wasn't for the fact that I had a contracted low rate I would have walked away. Horrible customer service at the Phoenix skyharbor airport. Literally stood at the counter for 40 minutes as they had to wait for 1 employee to look for cars available. Believe me, we weren't the only ones waiting that long. Once we got a car...no help finding it...no water offered and no walk to the car. Kids and baggage in tow. Avis....NEVER AGAIN! ! I only wish they read these reviews
