  • I had made an appointment with Steve and he said he would be here between 11-1. 1 o'clock came and went so I gave him a call. Apparently he forgot to write my appointment down! I was a little disappointed but Steve kept Apologizing and said he would call his guys and see exactly what time they could come. He called within 5 minutes and said they would come by 3pm and gave me a generous discount! I told him it's okay we all make mistakes and he still insisted on the discount. Very great customer service and they haven't even made it to my house yet!
