  • I started going to Spectrum Dermatology a year ago, from my first meeting with Dr Chen-Tsai I will never go anywhere else, even though I've moved from Chandler to Mesa. She was so thorough and upon my 2nd visit, she read the notes from my first one and noticed one of the moles on my hand had grown and the dark spot was in the "valley" vs the edge, so she decided to remove it this time. If I had to say anything that needs improvement it would be the office, which is a bit dated and has a strange layout, but that pales to what's most important, which is the doctor. What really drew me back to her, and makes me feel confident referring her, is the way she explains things as she viewed different moles and what makes some not serious, she gave me the layman's definition and even gave me small printed notes that explain what she said so I didn't have to remember. With her being Asian like myself, she also had good insight to our type of skin. Regardless of your ethnicity, a doctor who's knowledgeable, gives you the time needed and has a great bedside manner is a great doctor! I encourage everyone to make your next appointment with her, you will not be disappointed.
