  • You get what you pay for. No complaints about staff. CONS: - Grass is usually flooded or destroyed by kids. - Every Friday, be ready to be decorated by "cleaning parking crew" with trash, dirt, cigarettes and glass at your patio. - Black mold - Carcinogen. (Experiment: don't clean with bleach your toilet for few days, see it yourself ) - Very expensive move out fees - Electricity charges are outrageous (older buildings consume more) - People have control of the AC at the Gym. (You could walk into a sauna). - Maintenance request take 3-5 days. (Depends if it is a weekend) PRO: - Location is near freeway and stores - Decent price - Water gallons refill on site - Plenty of parking
