  • Delayed in Montreal due to the fact that the plane was left unattended all night and not prepped for the 6 am morning flight. The frustrating part is that we all have connections and the ground crew has no urgency whatsoever! The pilots and flight crew are extremely frustrated as well. Total incompetence!! Pilot is arguing with ground crew and they are arguing back! UA3788 YUL to IAD on June 18th. I hope someone is severely reprimanded!!
