  • Stopped for lunch on a weekday. Busy, but there was still ample seating available. Asked the server for her recommendations and was suggested to try the burnt ends or the beef brisket. Husband and I tried 1 of each. We got the large serving and it left us stuffed. Sides of collard greens, Mac and cheese, hush puppies were all delicious with flavors that held their own along side the smoked meats. Last note on the service. Not only was our server on top of keeping our drinks filled but every server and manager who passed us were scanning the tables to take away plates or fill up drinks. Team work has the place running smoothly during an otherwise busy lunch hour.
