  • I'm visiting family nearby and tried out the dog park for my 10 month old pit/lab mix. He loved running around with the other dogs of all sizes. Park is big and there's seating in the sun and the shade, I guess depends on what time of the day you come. I went at noon on a Thursday and it was really pleasant. Almost all the pet owners were in their mid to late 20's and there to have fun and enjoy the pups play. Would recommend if your dog needs to run around!
