When checking out after pickup I told the lady at booth I wanted to note scratches on the passenger side and rear bumper. She said she added the rear bumper, so I reminded her about passenger side. She rudely said I should have told her about all the scratches at the same time, and indicated I was holding up the checkout line. My first experience with Alamo didn't start well. I can't help it if she didn't listen carefully, yet she didn't apologize. Will think twice before using them again, poor customer skills.
