  • One-Guard - not just warranty coverage - so much more. Understanding what these companies provide and understanding the per instance cost goes a long way at level-setting expectations. One-guard has delivered in every instance of my needs. Their customer service has been responsive, their contractors have been capable and complete, the services performed always to my satisfaction (even if requiring a follow-up visit). Bottom line: I'm completely satisfied with my home warranty. I didn't think I needed it and it's paid for itself a few times over in the 2 months since purchasing the home. The add-on services like pest and week control, duct cleaning, carpet & upholstery cleaning have really helped, especially since not knowing contractors in the area.
