My elderly mother is in a care home & she has a nurse practitioner who comes to see her. The NP is great (no complaints). My complaint is that you CAN NOT get anyone to answer the phone when there are questions or issues. I have been trying to get someone on the phone for 5 days. I have done the "call back" that's on their answering service, and of course, no call back. I tried their "Contact Us" form on their website. No response. Finally I sat the phone down while on hold, sorted my laundry, loaded up the machine, read emails, looked through Facebook, watched a little TV, and guess what... after TWENTY FIVE MINUTES ON HOLD someone finally picked up. Know what she did? Transferred me to someone who DID NOT PICK UP! Seriously?!?!?
