The location is super busy and compared to other Apple stores there's nothing's amazing about this location.
During my last visit, my friend wanted to ask questions about an iPhone 5 recall. We approached the person at the front and waited until he finished a conversation with another employee. Then he told us to "follow him to the back." We were about to move but then he just started talking to that fellow employee again. We were extremely confused if he wanted us to follow him or go to the back ourselves. He eventually finished his conversation and led us to the back. He told us to wait for an employee to finish up and help us. The second employee helped us pretty quickly. However, the entire time that employee never gave my friend direct eye contact and was looking at other parts of the store while speaking.
When we left we both agreed the service was severely lacking from Apple Eaton Centre.
