| - Coming into the clinic was not very welcoming. The ladies did not look happy and weren't very helpful. I was told to sign papers and when I completed it I turned it in and the lady took my papers and didn't bother to give me any further details so I sat down waited to be called. I waited about 2 1/2 hrs until I was called in. Finally when they called me the nurse checked my temperature it turned out that I had a high fever of 106, then she tells me that the doctors weren't in yet so I will have to wait back to the lobby. I waited for about 30mins until I was called back in. I get to the room and the nurse informed me the doctor will be right with me. I honestly waited another 45mins for anyone to show up and finally a physician shows up. I told her the reason of my visit that I was feeling nauseous, I vomited a few times along with diarrhea. She checked my temperature, ears, nose, and pressed down on my tummy. I told her it was painful and that my lower back was also hurting.She first suspected that I had UTI so she tested my urine, after I had given her my urine sample she was gone for another 30mins she comes back w/the result and tells me everything was normal that she could not find any reason for my fever. I suggested maybe from something I ate and she said its possible and that the reason for my back pain was from sitting down to long so she apologized for the wait and that she will give me Tylenol for my fever.she leaves the room and the nurse comes in to give me a cup of water. Another 30min had past and she still had not return. I was in so much pain, weak, nauseous, and with a fever of 106 so I knocked at the door where I could hear all the ladies talk, I said to the other nurse that someone was suppose to give me a Tylenol but no one came back, the nurse returns and I told her that I would just like to take the Tylenol at home because I could not wait any longer I was not feeling well and I just wanted to go home and lay on my bed. She tells me that I would have to take it there,so she gives me the Tylenol and leaves again.15mins later she returns and gives me my prescription she tells me to wait for couple more minutes because she wasn't sure if the doctor needed to give me another prescription and that I would have to wait because the doctor was with another patient so I waited another 45mins,she return with the prescription and finally I was done. I never saw the doctor after that. All and all my experience was horrible, I felt like I was being tortured by waiting around for over 5hrs and They did not helped me at all. They couldn't find what was wrong with me and the doctor didn't give me any informations weather I should lay off on certain food, drink lots of water or get a lot of rest, she did not say any of that. I would not return to this place!
