Worst customer service I've ever encountered. Lost a key and made the huge mistake of going here. Charged me 150 dollars for a key then told me they were busy and may not get to it. When I became upset, they then said they were pretty sure they could get to it if I left it until 1700 hrs, this was at 1330 hrs. I left with a key that was not programmed. First time I've needed help since I bought our new 2015 Diesel. I won't be going back to this Dealership. Very disgusted with Ford. May have to finally change brands.......Have been a loyal customer of Ford since1999....
