  • First off let me say that Pure Barre is not for everyone but it is DEFINITELY worth a try because you can instantly fall in love. This class is a friendly and upbeat toning and active class geared towards anyone and everyone who loves to stay at a fast pace and utilize body movements instead of a ton of weights. Do not get me wrong there are weights and resistance bands used can feel like a lot! This class leaves you feeling great AND sore. The instructors are constantly getting updates and refreshers to bring NEW and EXCITING movements to class that are challenging for your body. This is at your own pace and there are many modifications as well as every instructor is available to assist if you just ask. I go 2-3 times a week here between the Rocky River location and Avon and then do lifting and boxing but I find Barre is the workout that loosens me up, lets me recover and helps me tone places I may not be hitting with weight lifting and boxing. So give it a shot, contact a studio and get in for your first time!!
