  • I purchased 6 bags and had them shipped to my home in Idaho. The box arrived half open. Surprisingly merchandise wasn't missing or damaged. I sent a note describing the package and all I got was "thanks for brining this to our attention." They didn't want to see pictures or any other info. Just a standard reply. Bags had a retail value over $3,600. Nice. I won't be shopping with these guys again! From what I understand, pretty typical of Coach- store and outlet. Take your business to someone who appreciates it!
