They need to take the word "professional" out of that title. The staff is anything but professional.
I never have dry cleaning done (no reason to as I never dress up) but had an occasion to once for Mother's Day. Big mistake going here.
They claimed one hour service. Maybe two days and one hour. Then when i could finally pick up my clothes, the owner himself was just as rude and unprofessional as they come when i called him out on not being able to provide the one hour service they advertise, but was told it would take at least two to three days (standard dry cleaning service to be performed) and had to go to a store to buy emergency clothes to make the event with my mother. Cursed at me, even.
Steve (not his real name, mind you) has lost as much business from everyone I can tell about his behavior and convince them to go to one of the at least three other cleaners in the area.
