  • Lady that answered phone in salon couldn't have possibly been more rude! The person answering the phone generally sets the tone of customer service in any establishment. So now I'm guessing that the whole place is full of rude miserable people... and I will never step foot into this salon! FYI: A salon/spa is supposed to be an environment of relaxation, not a place where you get snapped at by the receptionist while trying to book some services. No thank you, I will spend my day, and my money, at a place where people value my business!
