  • Absolutely appalled with IKEA right now. Just bought a bed at the Pittsburgh location and it is missing all of the screws and hardware. You can't call directly to the store and their call center won't even take a message for them. Before I drive an hour back to the store I want to make sure they have it in stock and I want compensation for my trouble. I've been shopping there for years and can't believe how hard it is to get through to anyone short of driving back. I'll think twice before buying anything from IKEA again.
