| - So sad, this is is the 3rd wedding we are searching dresses for, years apart, and STILL their customer service lacks. I'm so sad. We waited for someone to find our hostess, after we got there. So we started looking for dresses on their own. What's the use of making an appoiment , and have to WAIT or someone to help us.
There was about 5 women at the front, and everyone just looked unbusy. When we FINALLY met our hostess, she seemed not interested, slow and lacked personality. There was another woman who was helping us, I'd rathered she helped us. She brought sizes for my bridesmaids and everything.
Sad part is. I don't even remember our coordinators name, I don't think she even told us.
Just a very dull experience. If it wasn't for my family and friends, I would have not enjoyed looking for a dress yesterday.
We will not b returning to out second appointment we scheduled.
