  • I love Caplansky's smoked meat sandwiches! I don't get anything else whenever I come. I would like to try but I always go back to it. The basket of fries are super crispy and not to be missed either. We ordered the deep fried pickles once, they were probably the worst DFP we've ever had in the city. The batter didn't stick and was just unappetizing. The Matzo ball soup was beyond bland. This is probably why I stick to what I like.
