  • I was expecting more, given the accolades this spa has received. The facility is nice, very clean, and has a light fragrance. They have fruity water, trail mix, snacks, etc. However, it is in a strip mall with floor to ceiling Windows that are 5 feet from the parking lot. It didn't have a the spa ambience that I am used to. The staff were all very nice, but should perhaps keep the gossip limited when clients are around. Hearing work drama is not very relaxing. The massage was OK it wasn't bad and it wasn't fantastic, The masseuse did a really good job of checking in as things went along. One thing that may matter to some folks is that they do massage your feet first and then your neck, head, face, scalp later on.
