rev:text	It has taken me a little over a month to write this review... Everything was great til I had my eyebrow wax of nightmares! The one good, The front lady at the desk was sweet and got me in right away and bad my brow lady (forgot her name really wish I remembered since this is about her,she did have red hair I think) was very chatty which was ok with me but maybe that was distracting me on how she did my brows..I'm way to nice and just trust ppl easily which could bite me in the butt I had makeup on and she hardly cleaned my brow area off which I thought was weird.. It was quick for her to wax my brows literally felt like 1min and then showed me the result after and I realized it was a bit off on one side and she didn't trim them and I asked her to and she kindly did. Once done she filled in my brows and oh boy I looked like a cholla but I let that pass.. As I was sitting there she said oh you get red huh and I usually do get red due to sensitive skin but usually goes away after a few days.. The really bad... I got home and really looked in the mirror and saw she made the tails of my eyebrows so short I had to outline them to appear I had eyebrows another was my eyebrow area completely broke out in tiny white zit like bumps ALL OVER this has never happened to me!! Tons of makeup hardly covered it and in the few days attended a friends wedding and said thank god I wasn't getting married due to my severe outbreak.. And told every girl not to go to urban wax!!!! The really really bad..right above my crease and under my right Brow I noticed I had a line from skin being pulled and I was bit bleeding.. I still too this day have a scab that is starting to turn into a scar finally after a month.. I am a bit traumatized and haven't even got them done again and have let them grow out a bit... I had better eyebrow wax at a nail salon... I'm sorry I won't be coming back to urban wax for any service due to being scared of what could possibly happen if I got a Brazilian wax even after all the rave reviews :(
