  • Worst company in town. Needed a shower pan drain looked at for leaking. Guy comes out. Looks at it an say "the shower pan drain needs to be replaced but we can't do it because its not covered under your warranty" ok then says our boss won't let us open or cut open anything because of mold, well then I said how do you know there's mold if you don't open it. The company is a joke. Trust me American Home Shield and Advanced Home Services are passing kick backs to each other. American home shield is collecting the premiums and sending Advanced Home Services out to collect $75 deductible then the guy days "it can't be fixed or its not covered" its time to contact an attorney.
