  • This man and this company are totally dishonest and will try to rip you off once he is in your door. I bought a Groupon deal for tile and grout cleaning. He took a look at my tile and said grout cleaning was an additional fee, plus more fees for using tools in tight spaces and more fees for anything else he could make up. His end quote was more than double the cost of the deal! I told him I no longer wanted his services and he proceeded to yell (yes, yell) at me demanding gas money. I asked him to leave and after several threats to call the police, he finally did. I talked to Groupon and they assured me that the terms of the deal were clear, and that I was in the right, and that they would no longer be doing business with this company. Neither should you!
