  • I read all the reviews prior to this one, and the review that convinced me to book with them anyway was the one made by Jeannie on 8/31. Why? Because it's the most recent. Well, let me tell you-- the first two are the MOST accurate. I'm very glad that I was able to cancel with these incompetent, bait & switch SHARKS before they came to my fiance's house. Anyhow, I get a call in the morning from a guy named Tony. He tells me that he wanted to let me know in advance, and I quote: "Hi, I wanted to let you know that it's a minimum of $225. It's not written on your contract that I have in front of me, so I wanted to tell you because I don't want to come to your house and end up fighting with you." Serious? That's how you start off a dang phone call? Wow. I ask him (not surprised since I remember the reviews) to clarify the minimum charge. He clarifies. $225 minimum. I have no problem paying $225 if the job was worth $225. Heck, I'll pay double that if that's what the job is worth! That wasn't the point - the point was -- why advertise something that you know you're not going to follow through on? Wow, okay. I state to him that their ADS indicate no minimum. He says there is. We go back and forth. He gives me an attitude. And then he tells me that a 2nd stop (because some furniture was going to my place) would be $45. I tell him that's fine because since apparently the minimum is $225, that should cover the $45 if I am under $225 from the get go. He tell me that NO, it's $45 on top of the $225. Okay, so you tell me it's a minimum of $225, but then you're telling me that it's an additional charge on top of $225 regardless? Doesn't make any sense! Their ads clearly state no minimum hour, no fuel charge, no tax and credit cards accepted. I reiterate this. He says he has no idea what I'm talking about. I hang up with him and call their office. I speak with Sandy. Some manipulator that the other reviewers have spoken to. What did she tell me?? She tells me: #1) YES, there is a $225 minimum #2) They don't have ADS out #3) No credit cards accepted #4) I must be looking at an "old ad" because she has no idea what I'm talking about. Seriously? I tell her cancel the whole thing. She says fine. So why is it that Tony calls me back about the move? I tell him don't bother, and I've already cancelled. I've attached photos of their ads for all of your viewing pleasures.
