  • We are looking to have a garage conversion done in the coming months. First off, I was unimpressed with the fact that it took over 2 weeks to get someone out to my house to just look at the job to be done. HOWEVER, after meeting with the contractor that came out, I felt really great about the company and potentially having them do the project. They also were able to get their HVAC person to my house promptly. Their HVAC person spent more time with me explaining things and actually confirming things for me than anyone else had. Big ups to them! Then, a few days later, I received an email letting me know that after careful consideration, they won't agree to do my conversion, and gave no explanation as to why. Thank you, sincerely, for the utter waste of my time. Seriously, I guess if you're not gonna end up dumping your entire checking account into these guys pockets, don't take the time to have them give you an estimate.
