I go here a few times weekly for breakfast and lunch. Today I went and had a question so I approached two employees and waited for one of them to address me. One of them was stocking the hot bar while the other was speaking with him casually. Before I was able to ask my question the employee stocking the bar made an abrupt and rude remark that he's 'not even done setting up the hot bar' yet. His tone was unprofessional and rude.
My question was not related to the hot bar, rather the Asian bar and was directed to either of the employees not the clearly overstressed hot bar employee.
This customer service is terrible and offensive. Publix is much more appealing to me now.
I rated this a 2 instead of a 1 because it's not fair to rate everything on the attitudes of a poor employees
