Dear American Airlines: on my two-part journey with you today from Los Cabos to Las Vegas you changed gates twice in Cabo and once in Phoenix requiring me - the paying customer- to hike a quarter of a mile for that last whimsical change on painful 68 year old knees. CHANGING GATES WORKS FOR YOU JUST FINE BUT FOR SOME OF YOUR CUSTOMERS IT IS PAINFUL. Can't you get gates right the first time? Are you just as shoddy at aircraft maintenance? I would guess the answer is yes, you are probably bad
at everything. Not surprisingly, I will never fly with you again. And I encourage anyone thinking of flying with you to look elsewhere.
