  • We have purchased 2 A/C units from John Bond 5 yrs ago. They were wonderful, prompt, workers were very neat especially when they had to come into our home and install the handler and furnace. We recently had an issue with one of the fan motor, granted we did have to wait a day for a service man but had to wait a few days to get the part. Nobody's fault, it had to be shipped in. They installed the part and all is good. They have been wonderful with us. I highly recommend them.
