| - I have used their service twice with Groupon. The first time it was great, the second time not so much. We have enjoyed their services. It a great convenience to just drop off your car at the terminal and pick it back up as you are leaving. The problem isn't with the actual service of the valet parking, but more so with customer services and their office. The second time they charged us an additional $25 airport fee and $58 as they apparent limited 1 Groupon per person, mind you at the time of book, no where on Groupon does it say and label either of the aforementioned fees. With great disappointment, I tried to call and seek a resolution to the extra charges. The management however just doesn't seem to respond to email and phone message which is a very unprofessional attitude. I did eventually after trying to find someone daily to look into the matter and got only the $58 reversed. So comes our most recent trip, we are now aware of the their policy which have been updated on Groupon. We simply email and asked for quote, but it's been almost a week now, and no respond. I can only say for a company that base their business in customer service, and yet doesn't respond to customer inquiry (and I mean doesn't respond at all), I will decisively avoid all future dealings with them. If I can't trust them to respond to my concerns, I can't trust them with my car even if I have enjoyed their services.
