  • I have always loved this place! I feel instantly relaxed the second I walk in, I feel so pampered in the robes they provide and love the opportunity to relax ahead of time in their gorgeous steam room, and the massages and customer service are always amazing. I didn't think it could get any better, but this weekend they outdid themselves. I bought a gift certificate for a friend's bday, and somehow between there and home I lost it. I was absolutely devastated at the thought of spending all that money again. I called nearly in tears to see what they could do and Ferelith was an absolute angel. She calmed me down, and said she would cancel the gift card and issue me a new one since she had all my info on file. By the time I showed up she had everything ready for me. I could have kissed her she was so kind to me. Now that's what I call service. I loved this place before, and is now my only spa of choice! You have my forever loyalty Hammam.
