  • My husband, 3 children and I have been going to Dr Poulos for almost 20 years. That alone ought to be telling of what we think. The staff has always treated us respectfully and kindly. I appreciate that as a business they offer a variety of options and services (can they upsell!), but I appreciate even more so their educating us to participate in our own dental care decisions. A quick anecdote especially important for families: when our eldest was almost 3 (she's now 22), she had been to the dentist for a "get to know him" gratis visit. As parents, we didn't want a fight on our hands to make this happen in the future, so we held our breath to see how her visit would be handled. The following year, we did this again successfully. When she was turning 5, our dental plan changed and so did our dentist. We took our daughter to the new provider where she look petrified, refused to open her mouth crying, "I want MY dentist!", and snapped her mouth shut sobbing. Needless to say, we returned to our dentist for good with 100% satisfaction. Thanks Dr. Poulos and staff!!
