  • Came in for a lunch today with a friend having heard this place was pretty good and was I ever disappointed. The only upside of this visit was the Miso Soup. Everything else was sub par. The salmon roll was the tiniest roll I've ever had; especially for that price. The star roll was a sad presentation and unevenly distributed ingredients on the inside. On top of that, it looked like it had been cut up and just randomly tossed on the plate. Finally, perhaps the worst part of the experience, the tomago sushi was DISGUSTING, and this is normally one of my favorite types of sushi. The tomago was still frozen atop the rice. There is no excuse for this type of laziness! This is just a sad display of assuming things are "good enough" and forgetting about the passion for food. I will not be recommending this restaurant to any of my friends.
