I have finally found an auto mechanic shop with exceptional customer service and with the most positive attitude I have seen in a long time from auto shops. Usually when going to an auto shop, I am apprehensive because of countless bad experiences from your Mom & Pop type of shops, to Jiffy Lube, to even Sears Auto. Today was a complete game changer and I am happy to say I was wrong in my assumption. From when I first walked in, I was warmly greeted by Jayson and immediately attended to. While not getting into everything that was said as far as my situation of being there, I will say that Jayson went way above and beyond normal customer service and taking care of one. He was honest and actually gave a damn about my concerns. He took it upon himself to call a Toyota dealership service department to verify my emissions warranty and upon finding out it could be covered, I left there feeling reassured and confident that what he achieved would carry over to where he sent me for further assistance. In the end, he sent me to Centennial Toyota and everything ended up being completely covered under warranty which brought my day to an awesome conclusion. Jayson is the epitome of what customer service is and it's awesome that he is representing your company.
