Oh dear do I have a story. Well I bought my groupon in November 2015 after getting my hair done by Diana in October 2015 (she did a great job on my highlights and hair cut. I liked her)... I had an appointment in January with her just 2 days before my birthday (Jan 15, 2016) and came in and was told my appointment set online was cancelled (news to me, was told she got canned) and was supposed to be "changed". 2 weeks later when I got a new appointment with Nicole I was excited. I heard so many good things about her.. But when I came in..She said I wasn't allowed to use my groupons because i was a second time customer. FYI: the one I bought doesn't say that anything at all about first time customers and I have proof. Asked me what I wanted to do and I told her anything as long as it falls into my groupon. She looked at me sidways like I was stupid. Told me that my groupon wasnt valid if I wasn't a first time customer. Ummm... the groupon I bought did not state anything of this nature..I have a copy. I told her that I'd pay the difference I guess because I was taken a back and confused and she said "oh no, I don't want you to put anything on your credit card. If you'll let my apprentice do your hair then i'll 'honor' it". Umm okay...By all means. I gotta say even though Edith had to watch different hair cuts and do my hair at the same time, she did a great job
