  • My wife and I were in town for a conference. I decided to book us a couples massage. The booking process was very easy and we got right in. I requested an hour massage and we were told to arrive at 11:15. Since we were first timers to Eden I assumed the 15 minutes would be used to fill out the appropriate paperwork. We arrived a few minutes earlier and were given iPads to fill out out info. At about 11:15 we were escorted into a small room in the back and instructed to change while out therapists waits outside. Once we got comfortable it wasn't in till another 8 minutes that our therapists returned (now 11:25). The massages were great and our therapists did an excellent job. Once the massages were over they stepped out and I looked at the clock, it was 12:15. Now typically I wouldn't care if the massage was 50 minutes but we paid for 60 minutes. I have no complaints about the massage itself but when I pay for a timed service I at least expect to have that length of time honored. Good luck.
