  • I would give them a zero but It will not allow that score. Went to this location and the one on Arizona Ave to take advantage of their web $9.99 Managers wash special. Neither location knew what I was talking about and when this manager found it on his I Phone he told me "Oh that is an exterior wash and I am not set up to do the free vacuuming." I assume this business it to get the exterior of autos washed not the interiors and they have no vacuum? Wasted a good amount of time being told they do not offer this special and yet there it is on their web page. I talked to their Operations Manager and he complained of problems with their web site. That is not my problem and I am not going to own this fiasco. They made the offer but none of them would make good on it nor did either location offer any substitute unless I spent more $$. Classic "not my problem" response. I will never darken their door again.
