2 years ago this month, I bought a car battery from them. I bought one that should last about 3 years. Of course it goes bad this month. I had it tested 3 times, every time I was told it was bad. I couldn't find my receipt (which is really odd because I save everything important. I have car receipts from 2008 haha) So I go to this location which is close to my house. I explain my problem, and I give him my name and number for my warranty. Can't find me...then he explains I have to go to the one bought it from. Their computers don't link up. That is stupid. So if I move out of state and need a new battery, I am screwed. Hahaha. I know it is a little my fault because I lost the receipt but that's why you took down my information. The clerk didn't seem concerned about helping me, which totally bums me out. My boyfriend and look at their battery selection...haha. Looks cheap and they aren't the best batteries. I am not a car expert but my dude is. While looking at a few things I need, no one comes up to see if we needed help which is surprising because they are slow and have only 1 customer in the store. I will go to Auto Zone where I am always helped and they have a better selection of products.
