  • I've absolutely never done anything like this so I wasn't sure what to expect but let me tell you I definitely will be back for more ! We tired out the aireal suspends class which is only $5 on Saturday !! and cherese is an amazing instructor she does an awesome job at making sure the whole class is comfortable and keeping up but she always makes sure to give you that one on one help as well she never makes you feel anything less then comfortable and at your best. I felt great physically after but wouldn't recommend if you have vertigo I ended up getting a little dizzy towards the end and had to take a break overall the whole studio was super friendly and welcoming thanks again guys !
