  • Literally writing this as I'm walking out, which means I had a bad experience with the staff. And that realllllly sucks bc usually when I'm downtown this place is closed and I've been wanting to go in for months now. Everyone was pretty nice, asking if we needed help and checking back. But one girl - I don't name names because her being a shitty person must mean her life sucks enough - literally pushed into me with a ladder, almost causing me to fall over into merchandise. When I said excuse me she looked back at me and stared as she walked away LOL. GREAT customer service. Fan-fucking-tactic.
