rev:text	In October of 2015, hubby and entered this gallery because of the furniture we saw through the display window. They were so different, then we sat in them and they were so comfortable. Being that we were remodeling a new home, we thought it might be fun to own a couple of these pieces. We made our choices and put down our deposit. We were told the chairs would take 8-9 months. We waited. Now it's September of 2016, there has been NO communication from the gallery. No updates, nothing. We tried calling to get information, at first they didn't know us, then when we started pressing they "found" our order and told us that Victor had to call us back. A week went by and no phone call from Victor, so since we were in Vegas we decided to stop by the gallery and do this in person. Gary, our original salesperson was working. He remember us, we told him about our situation. He obviously had no information to give us and told us Victor would have that information. This conversation took place last Sunday. I said, well not knowing is a horrible excuse and that if we didn't have a definitive answer by Tuesday I wanted our money back. Gary called us on Tuesday (Victor is still in hiding, I'm starting to think he isn't real and they use that name to blow people off) and told us that the container ship with OUR chairs will be docking in Long Beach any day now, but definitely within September, but we don't have a date, but we know your chairs are on there.. etc. We gave them until October 1st to have our chairs in our home in San Diego or we want a refund. This gallery has beautiful items, but if you can't take it home with you when you purchase it, I would rethink buying here. They have zero communication skills and ZERO f**ks are given by them.
