  • I went to the office for the first time back in January of this year. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at an endocrinology office. I was supposed to see the doctor, but instead saw the nastiest most unprofessional NP I have ever met. At one point she left the room and slammed the door on the way out. She got in an argument with my mom and I, and was completely not qualified to be seeing patients. 6 months later, I got a bill from the office with late fees on it saying I did not pay my co-payments in time etc. I had spoken to the office in May about this and she informed me that these payments were for visits I no-showed to. I never made any other appointments as I would never go back there! I now owe $80 supposedly for not paying a copay. The entire staff is rude and unqualified to be in a professional medical office. Although the office is exterior nice, the people working there are awful! The $500 they billed my insurance for an office visit was soo not justified and they hopefully will not be in business long.
