  • I will start off by saying PREPSHOP is one of the 2 reasons I'm in the greatest shape of my life!!! Their food and customer service is impeccable. I have been ordering from PREPSHOP continuously for the past 7.5 months and loving it! My favourite dishes are the stewed beef and mashed potato, beef/turkey chilli and turkey quinoa loaf with acorn squash. My mouth is watering just typing about it! I've been in the midst of training for a fitness competition for less than a year now. I'm married, have a full time job where I work 12 hour shifts days and nights so it takes up a lot of my time. Thanks to PREPSHOP, they take the stress of making, weighing, portioning and packaging my food off my shoulders. All of my PREPSHOP orders are specific to my dietary needs and the owners and employees are always on the ball when I come for my meal pick ups. I am notorious for calling in my orders too late and PREPSHOP will always do their very best to prepare some meals for me despite my absentmindedness and later than last minute requests. PREPSHOP is the epitome of professionalism and great customer service. You want quality, healthy and delicious food?...PREPSHOP. Some people complain about costs but do you ever think about how expensive and time consuming making yourself food is? You have to drive to the grocery store (gas$$), waste time in a supermarket gathering ingredients (time is money ppl!), drive back home (gas$$), lug the groceries in and start chopping, weighing, marinating, cooking, cooling and packaging (assuming you have enough Tupperware at home for let's say 5 days worth of meals or do you have to go to buy Tupperware? $$). Will those meals last in those tupperwares? Probably not because they're not vacc packed like PREPSHOP meals!!! How about the groceries you bought too much of and never got to use? Rotting away in your fridge or cupboard? I guess that's $$$ and the time you took to go buy it straight into the garbage! Meat and produce aren't cheap ppl! If you disagree with me, you're OBVIOUSLY NOT into the whole taking care of your body, keeping fit and putting yourself first mindset. So I'd advise you to go to the doctor and see what your cholesterol level is at or maybe take a quick peek at your body fat % relative to your height/age/sex. I'm sure you will be less than pleased. I can go on forever...as you can tell I'm a huge advocate of prepared meals for convenience, from a cost perspective and maintaining my health. I will end this by saying, PREPSHOP has the monopoly over meal prep and I can't wait to go eat my grilled chicken and quinoa and ground turkey and sweet potato mmmmmmmmm.....
